Dear, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, I request you to speak about strengthening India’s farmers and rural communities through technology, innovation and better access to government services. India’s villages are the foundation of Viksit Bharat. Digital agriculture, AI, modern irrigation, better market access and direct delivery of benefits can improve farmers’ incomes and empower rural youth. It would also be valuable to address the concerns of farmers peacefully protesting against the acquisition of fertile agricultural land. Development is important, but protecting productive farmland and safeguarding farmers’ livelihoods, fair compensation and long-term interests are equally important. A strong rural India, where development and farmers’ interests go hand in hand, will be the foundation of Viksit Bharat. Also speak about digitization of land records such that fraud transactions can be reduced.

As a mom of a daughter, everyday I go through one single question, how will she survive and thrive in the current society!!, Each day I come across crimes that are heinous, girls being treated brutally, no safety at all even if it is a 5 month old girl baby, or a 60 yr old old woman, not only that nowadays even boys are not safe as well. When I see these criminals being granted bail, allowed to pursue high education while being in jail, case trials being dragged for years, I really wonder what is the point of "Beti Bachao Beti Padhao", Har Ghar Tiranga and all these slogans.. I have always heard you, seen you talking about India's new milestones in various fields , however within India, the judicial system is failing, women are scared every single day, we are not safe, Criminals have a upper hand now. Please think and talk about making stronger laws, strict and quick punishments, make such laws, where criminals should shiver. Make a new India

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री सर, नमस्कार, मैं राकेश हूँ, और मैं भारत में तेज़ी से बढ़ती बाढ़ की समस्या से परेशान हूँ। हम हर मानसून सीज़न में इस समस्या का सामना करते हैं, जिससे न सिर्फ़ पैसे का नुकसान होता है, बल्कि घरों, फसलों, जानवरों और भी बहुत कुछ का नुकसान होता है, जो हर साल तेज़ी से बढ़ रहा है। तो, हम इस समस्या को हल क्यों नहीं कर सकते? इसके लिए मैं इस पर काम कर रहा हूँ और भारत में बाढ़ की समस्या को हल करने के लिए एक एडवांस्ड फ्लड मॉडल डिज़ाइन कर रहा हूँ। मैं लगातार बाढ़ के पैटर्न की स्टडी भी कर रहा हूँ और यह समझने की कोशिश कर रहा हूँ कि उन्हें कहाँ और कैसे रोका जाए। न सिर्फ़ तुरंत की समस्या को हल करने के लिए, बल्कि ऐसी टेक्नोलॉजी भी डेवलप करने के लिए जो हमारे देश से इस समस्या को हमेशा के लिए खत्म कर सके। मैं कुछ ऐसे टूल्स भी डिज़ाइन कर रहा हूँ जो "बाढ़-मुक्त भारत" के मेरे लक्ष्य को पाने में मददगार साबित होंगे। हमें याद रखना चाहिए: "अपना भारत, श्रेष्ठ भारत, विकसित भारत।" धन्यवाद और सादर, राकेश कुमार गौतम।

Respected PM Sir, please ask local authorities to work on rain water conservation, it does not require lot of many but better planning and implementation. Our whole nation is having ponds, lacks, kunds, Babaris etc. but rainwater often drain in to nearby drainage or river and so go away. Most of the ponds-lacks- kunds remain empty even after good rainfall in the region. We can make channels and canals to fill these lacks, ponds etc. Give license of excavation in lacks ponds-kunds, which will fulfill mud filling requirement of construction work and will increase water holding and recharging capacity of lacks-ponds-kunds. It will also fetch some finds as license fee. Rainwater harvesting by households is not a good idea as it is likely impossible to monitor the effectiveness, it just gives and opportunity to authorities to enhance corruption. Water retention and recharge by deepening existing ponds-lacks and creating new in barren lands / jungles will help us a lot.

Respected PM sir, Inspite of your lot of efforts and hard work, ease of doing business is a dream in India. I being a CA, meet many people who want to do manufacturing and other technological startups but hesitate in present scenario where he has to run from here to there for licenses and approvals, which is likely impossible to get without satisfying concerned authority even after that an Inspector misbehave a SME owner and threat him for consequences, all authorities often misuse their powers given by law. If businessman satisfy him, then he decides matter in his favour otherwise vice-a versa. Online working can reduce it, more over make the procedures faceless and time bound, prolonged cases increases corruption. Assess performance of officers by turnaround time and set up an independent agency to which aggrieved person can approach for genuine help. There should be Businessman help cell on national and state levels, which can help him against some gross mishappening.

I think any persons should be allowed to gift his 10% income (post Income tax paid) to his son , daughter , wife,daughter in law or grand children

In continued decline in education systems, particularly the access and quality of education to Citizen, we need to have a comprehensive plan starting with real time checks on the Schools really open and operational run by various Govt. and local Govt. Authorities. Gathered that many such Schools are getting closed or those are officially open do not have needed infrastructure, teaching staffs etc., Other than above, the cost of education in Private Schools and Colleges are becoming beyond reach to a lower middle class. Coaching classes are rampant and Students are more attentive to such classes than formal Schools. Bridge coaching classes, where Students of class XI and XII not even go to school and attendance being managed with an arrangement with Schools. We need to seriously work on arresting brain drain post graduation courses. Cited few of present crisis on education and seek kind consideration for long term measures.
