माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, चंपारण की पहचान केवल गांधी जी और चंपारण सत्याग्रह तक सीमित नहीं है। बेतिया राज ने क्षेत्र के सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक व शैक्षणिक विकास में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। राजमहल, ऐतिहासिक भवनों, मंदिरों, पुराने विद्यालय-महाविद्यालयों और स्थापत्य के साथ इसकी विशाल विरासत आज संरक्षण की मांग करती है। पश्चिम चंपारण में बेतिया राज से संबंधित लगभग 15,556.39 एकड़ भूमि का उल्लेख हालिया सरकारी प्रक्रिया में मिलता है। मेरा सुझाव है कि बेतिया में “Bettiah Raj Heritage Museum & Research Centre” स्थापित कर महत्वपूर्ण संरचनाओं का संरक्षण व जीर्णोद्धार किया जाए। ऐतिहासिक चंद्रावत (कोहड़ा) नदी को अतिक्रमण व प्रदूषण से मुक्त कर पुनर्जीवित किया जाए। पारंपरिक मेलों व स्थानीय संस्कृति को संरक्षित करते हुए “Bettiah Raj–Champaran Heritage Circuit” विकसित किया जाए, जिससे विरासत संरक्षण, पर्यटन, शोध, शिक्षा और युवाओं के रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ें।

Respected PM Narendra Modi Ji.. I would like you to discuss on promoting education and the policies to develop the special needs children. I work abroad and would love to return back to Bharat and serve the nation with my services towards educating the autistic or special need children. While I'm not sure of the procedures and rules to open up the school, i would like a good discussion on this and get some ideas from the discussing panel. Hope that could encourage the children.

My humble request is that the Government of India consider piloting such a Small Town Skills, Values & Entrepreneurship Mission in selected towns and studying its results before scaling it nationally. If we give our children values + confidence + skills + emotional strength + entrepreneurship + quality consciousness, we will create much more than employees. आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्रीजी, पिछले 20-25 साल से समग्र शिक्षा में कार्यरत हम संविदा कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं पर भी ध्यान दीजिए। महाराष्ट्र में पिछले 8 साल से एक रुपयाभी वेतन बढ़ोतरी नहीं दी गई। क्यों कि केंद्र सरकार ने वेतन खर्च 8 साल से फ्रिज कर रखा है। आप ही बताए 8 साल पुराने वेतन पर हम लोग अपना जीवन यापन कैसे करे। साथ ही हमे कोई सामाजिक या आर्थिक संरक्षण नहीं दिया गया है। बहुत दयनीय अवस्था में काम कर रहे है, जिस कारण मानसिक स्वास्थ बिगड़ रहा है। आप कृपया सालों से हो रहे इस शोषण का अंत करे। इतने सालों की सेवा का फल हमे नियमितीकरण से मिले यही प्रार्थना है। धन्यवाद।

Dear Modi Ji, To build a stronger India, we must strengthen primary education. Primary teachers lay the foundation of every citizen, yet they often receive lower pay and fewer benefits than teachers at higher levels. I suggest adopting some elements of the Japanese primary education model, where children learn discipline, cleanliness, respect, gratitude, self-reliance, teamwork, and social etiquette through daily practical activities, not just classroom teaching. I also recommend providing special benefits to serving primary teachers, such as free education for their children up to age 18, healthcare support, and an annual education bursary that can be used for higher studies. By investing in primary education and supporting primary teachers, we can build responsible, disciplined, and capable future generations. Many mainstream educational boards and institutions enforce rigid, standardized written examinations and strict pass-fail criteria. Because schools lack clear, mandatory nationwide guidelines for alternative assessment methods (such as oral, activity, or portfolio-based evaluation), children with special needs are unfairly penalized for their disability and trapped in cycles of detention. I humbly request the Hon'ble Prime Minister to highlight this critical need in Mann Ki Baat to urge educational boards to implement flexible, functional assessment frameworks, ensuring true inclusion and protecting special-needs students from institutional failure."
