#MannKiBaat #CeliacWarrior

Dear Modiji, NGOs & Corporates, A simple idea to make India greener—without significant cost to the Government: Why not have Government departments identify vacant/unused Government land and allow NGOs, corporates and nature-loving citizens to plant and maintain trees there at their own expense? The Government would retain ownership and could use the land whenever required for roads, infrastructure or other public purposes. Until then, the land could help increase India's green cover. The Forest Department could recommend suitable native species for each location. A similar voluntary model could be offered to private landowners willing to permit plantation, while retaining full rights to use their land later. Many people and organizations are willing to spend their own money and effort for nature, but need a structured opportunity. Imagine thousands of acres becoming green.🌳More trees,🌧️ Better water retention,🌡️ Cooler surroundings,🐦 More biodiversity. *Adopt & Green Govt Land*

**Tax Education in UG/PG Courses** Tax education should be incorporated as an integral part of undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses to develop students’ understanding of taxation and its practical implications. The curriculum should provide students with a strong foundation in direct and indirect taxes, including basic concepts of income tax, GST, tax compliance, deductions, exemptions, and tax planning. In addition to theoretical knowledge, practical exposure through case studies and analysis of real-life tax situations can help students develop job-ready skills. Such education will enable students to understand their tax responsibilities, make informed financial decisions, and pursue career opportunities in accounting, taxation, finance, audit, and related professional fields. Regular updates to the curriculum are also essential to keep students familiar with changes in tax laws, technology-driven compliance systems.

Real Estate disputes are rising across India, particularly in Noida, leaving lakhs of homebuyers trapped after investing their lifetime savings. Projects such as Mahagun Meadows, Sector 150, Noida, reflect the serious ground reality, where residents are forced to live amid incomplete infrastructure, poor basic services and serious safety concerns despite having paid substantial amounts to the builder. RERA was created to protect homebuyers, but many cases take 3+ years, and even after orders, execution and recovery can take years more. Justice delayed becomes justice denied. The Government should establish fast-track RERA courts with strict timelines, strengthen the judiciary with more judges and technology, and make Noida Authority/CEO and District Magistrates accountable for timely action against defaulting builders. RERA orders must have time-bound enforcement, with personal accountability of promoters wherever legally established.

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I would like to suggest two important areas for discussion in Mann Ki Baat.First, India could create a Digital Farmer Management Platform, inspired by the success of UPI. Every verified farmer could have a digital profile linked with eligible government schemes, subsidies and agricultural assistance. Funds should move directly to the farmer through a transparent, trackable system. Farmers should be able to see what amount was sanctioned, when it was released and report irregularities through a simple mobile app or local-language system. This could reduce middlemen, leakage and corruption while ensuring that government support reaches the intended beneficiary. Second, the recurring floods in the North-East require long-term technological solutions. India could study and adapt flood-management technologies used in countries such as the Netherlands and Japan, including advanced drainage, water-storage systems, flood forecasting systems.

Make our youths busy with solution to crises. Only thing is somebody has to give platforms. Pointing a crises is very easy. But solutions should be come from those who are facing the problems or issues.

suggest Government to Looking for participation of Youth ( above 18 years old ) in "daily work which is managed by local authorities in their location to make their nearby area beautiful...but they are not managing it intentionally and doing fraud by making money with false paper work and wasting taxpayer money for their self benefit . HERE LOCAL participation will produce a job as well as produce "some common sense" to keep their area clean. Take example of Private housing societies who are managing things to keep their location clean and beautiful. In Simple words Government employees never ever value and understand the values for what they are there in particular department or place and getting salary from government . Happy to help and share "my idea with ground help as it's my country and I am responsible" to manage things in proper way. Ek area ( 2-3 km radius only ) aur kuch youth workers and then see the transformation of particular area.
