Freedom of speech and expression to be used within the boundaries and limits. If something incorrectly spoken against the our country or sovereignty it should be dealt with severely. 4. Corruption in public life should not be tolerated.

My Dear Modi ji, while there are several issues and challenges, we should also celebrate what we, as India, do best in the world. India is the first country in the world to have a dedicated Institute of Dacryology (the study of tear ducts), inaugurated in 2016 at the L.V. Prasad Eye Institute. This was named after the philanthropic support of the Seksarias from Mumbai as ' Govindram Seksaria Institute of Dacryology,' and I have headed it since then. I can tell you that we are far ahead of anyone else in the world in this science, and we have contributed to the discovery of several new diseases and their treatments. It is recognized as being at the forefront in the world.

Despite the region’s immense potential in tourism, handicrafts, horticulture, and IT services, many educated youth remain without jobs. This is leading to frustration and migration, weakening the social and economic fabric of the Union Territory. I humbly suggest: Skill development programs tailored to local industries like handicrafts, agriculture, and tourism. Startup and entrepreneurship support with financial incentives for young innovators. Tourism promotion to create sustainable employment opportunities. IT and digital hubs to attract investment and provide jobs for educated youth. Public-private partnerships to accelerate infrastructure and job creation. Drug abuse has become a serious concern in Punjab and is now spreading to nearby states, putting more youth at risk. I request the Hon’ble Prime Minister to address this issue in Mann Ki Baat and promote a nationwide awareness campaign, along with strict action against drug peddlers and trafficking networks. Strong preventive measures and public participation are essential to protect our youth and build a Nasha Mukt Bharat.
