Respected Prime Minister Sir, I request you to speak about creating a "National Digital Volunteer Movement" where every citizen contributes just one hour every month for the nation. Students can teach digital literacy to senior citizens, professionals can mentor youth, retired experts can guide schools, and volunteers can help local bodies with cleanliness, plantation, road safety, and disaster preparedness. A simple digital platform can connect volunteers with nearby opportunities and recognize their contributions through certificates and public appreciation. Such a movement will strengthen the spirit of Jan Bhagidari, encourage community service, bridge the digital divide, and inspire every citizen to actively participate in building a stronger, more inclusive, and Viksit Bharat 2047. Even one hour of service from millions of Indians can create a transformative national impact.

Respected Prime Minister Sir, India’s progress is incomplete without the complete safety and freedom of our women. True empowerment means every daughter of this nation feels secure, whether walking on the street, working late, or using the internet. On Mann Ki Baat, a call for women’s safety can spark a real social change. Safety isn’t just a police duty; it’s a social responsibility. We must teach our boys respect and equality right from home and school. Along with strong values, we need smart technology—well-lit roads, safe transport, active 112 helplines, and strict cyber safety awareness. Fast justice and basic self-defense training in schools will give women true confidence. When our neighborhoods step up to protect every girl and digital spaces are strictly monitored against harassment, real trust is built. Together, let us build an environment where every woman steps out with courage and pride. When our women feel safe, India grows. Safe women build a bright India for all.

विषय: देश के हर घर के लिए अनिवार्य अग्निशमन एवं सुलभ रीफिलिंग का सुझाव। आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, प्रणाम। 'मन की बात' में मैं हर परिवार की सुरक्षा से जुड़ा सुझाव दे रहा हूँ। रसोई गैस और बिजली के बढ़ते उपयोग के बीच घरेलू सुरक्षा, विशेषकर आग से बचाव को मजबूत करना जरूरी है। मेरा सुझाव है कि देश के सभी नागरिकों (Universal Coverage) के लिए 'प्रधानमंत्री गृह सुरक्षा योजना' शुरू की जाए। पहला, अमीर-गरीब या ग्रामीण-शहरी का भेद किए बिना, हर परिवार को एक छोटा और सरल घरेलू अग्निशमन यंत्र (Fire Extinguisher) रियायती दरों पर राशन दुकानों या गैस एजेंसियों के माध्यम से दिया जाए। दूसरा, इसकी रीफिलिंग बेहद आसान हो। जैसे लोग गैस सिलेंडर बदलते हैं, वैसे ही स्थानीय गैस एजेंसियों या पेट्रोल पंपों को न्यूनतम शुल्क पर रीफिलिंग के लिए अधिकृत किया जाए। तीसरा, 'स्वच्छ भारत' की तरह घरेलू अग्नि सुरक्षा और प्रशिक्षण को राष्ट्रव्यापी जन-आंदोलन बनाया जाए। सुरक्षा पर हर भारतीय का समान अधिकार है। आशा है इस विचार को आपका नेतृत्व मिलेगा। धन्यवाद। जोगाराम 🙏🙏

Subject: Proposal for a National Framework on Long-Term Restoration of Survivors India has strengthened immediate support for survivors through helplines, One Stop Centres, medical care, and legal aid. However, long-term rehabilitation remains fragmented. I propose establishing Restoration Sanctuaries—secure, trauma-informed campuses focused on psychological recovery, physical safety, legal support, and economic reintegration. These centres would provide evidence-based mental healthcare, confidential living arrangements, education continuity, skill development, employment support, and secure virtual court facilities to reduce secondary trauma. A phased implementation through a pilot project, CSR and institutional partnerships, and integration under the Ministry of Women and Child Development would enable scalable adoption. This initiative would strengthen India's survivor-centric welfare framework and promote dignity, resilience, and long-term self-reliance.

My today's Ideas focus on restoring confidence For Exam leak cases through transparency, accountability, technolo gy & student-centered governance. -> Use AI-based monitoring, secure printing systems and digital tracking of que stion papers. -> Use encrypted digital question papers, multi-layer authentication, geo-locking and audit trails. -> Re lease a public report detailing security improvements, incidents and corrective actions to build long-term confidence

I am a retired Indian Army Colonel and have been volunteering as a Mathematics and Yoga teacher in a government school in Karnataka for the past five years on an informal pro bono basis. India has a vast pool of highly qualified retired professionals from the Armed Forces, government services, PSUs, academia, & industry. At the same time, many government schools face teacher shortages and students from economically weaker sections miss out on quality education and mentorship. I suggest a national volunteer programme to connect willing retired professionals with government schools. After suitable screening and brief orientation, they could serve as part-time teachers and mentors, sharing not only academic knowledge but also their rich professional experience, values, and life skills. Such an initiative would strengthen our schools, give retired citizens a meaningful avenue to serve the nation, and help unlock India's immense reservoir of knowledge & experience.

India's rapidly growing urban centres are facing an increasingly serious challenge of water scarcity. A significant part of this problem can be addressed if we, as citizens, embrace the safe reuse of treated wastewater. With tertiary treatment technologies, sewage water can be purified to potable standards. Adoption of such technologies would create long-term water security for our cities, reduce dependence on freshwater sources & minimise the environmental impact of sewage discharge into rivers & lakes. The primary challenge today is not technology—it is public perception & mindset. A message from the PM highlighting the importance of treated wastewater reuse could play a transformative role in bringing about this change in public thinking. India's youth, in particular, are likely to embrace such innovative and sustainable solutions. Countries such as Singapore have demonstrated that large-scale wastewater recycling can become the cornerstone of urban water security.
