श्रीमान माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी विषय: AI आधारित “National Structural Safety Audit & Early Warning System” लागू कर भवन गिरने से होने वाली दुर्घटनाओं एवं विद्यार्थियों की मृत्यु रोकने हेतु राष्ट्रीय प्रोजेक्ट शुरू करने के संबंध में। दिल्ली के सत्य निकेतन क्षेत्र में भवन गिरने जैसी दुर्घटनाएं यह दर्शाती हैं कि जर्जर एवं कमजोर भवनों की पहचान समय रहते करना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। मेरा सुझाव है कि केंद्र सरकार द्वारा AI आधारित राष्ट्रीय भवन सुरक्षा ऑडिट एवं अर्ली वार्निंग सिस्टम विकसित किया जाए। प्रोजेक्ट का मुख्य उद्देश्य देश के प्रत्येक पुराने, जर्जर, संवेदनशील एवं सार्वजनिक उपयोग वाले भवन की तकनीकी सुरक्षा की डिजिटल निगरानी करना और भवन के असुरक्षित होने की स्थिति में दुर्घटना से पहले चेतावनी जारी करना। प्रोजेक्ट कैसे काम करेगा 1. डिजिटल बिल्डिंग सेफ्टी आईडी प्रत्येक भवन को एक यूनिक डिजिटल Building Safety ID दी जाए। इसमें भवन की उम्र, निर्माण वर्ष, मंजिलों की संख्या, निर्माण सामग्री, स्वीकृत नक्शा, पूर्व निरीक्षण एवं मरम्मत का रिकॉर्ड डिजिटल रूप से दर्ज हो।

विषय: जहरीली/अवैध शराब से होने वाली मौतों की रोकथाम हेतु “शराब सुरक्षा एवं मृत्यु रोकथाम प्रोजेक्ट” लागू करने का सुझाव। माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, दिनांक 08.09.2026 के समाचार में जहरीली शराब से कई लोगों की मृत्यु एवं बड़ी संख्या में लोगों के उपचार की घटना सामने आई है। ऐसी घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति रोकने के लिए केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार के समन्वय से “राष्ट्रीय शराब सुरक्षा एवं मृत्यु रोकथाम परियोजना” लागू की जाए। प्रमुख उपाय: 1. प्रत्येक शराब की बोतल पर QR कोड आधारित डिजिटल ट्रेसिंग हो, जिससे निर्माण से बिक्री तक पूरी जानकारी उपलब्ध रहे। 2. अवैध/जहरीली शराब की पहचान के लिए AI एवं मोबाइल टेस्टिंग किट से नियमित जांच कराई जाए। 3. संदिग्ध शराब की सूचना देने के लिए 24×7 हेल्पलाइन एवं मोबाइल ऐप बनाया जाए और शिकायत पर तत्काल कार्रवाई हो। 4. शराब दुकानों एवं गोदामों की GPS/CCTV आधारित निगरानी की जाए। 5. जहरीली शराब से प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में अस्पतालों को तत्काल विष उपचार एवं आपातकालीन प्रोटोकॉल उपलब्ध कराया जाए। 6. अवैध शराब निर्माण एवं बिक्री पर जिम्मेदारी

Dear Respected Sir, As we collect more news on Hostel accommodation in DU, it is more shocking. Only 7000-9000 students gets hostel facilities against 7 Lakh students. I clearly feel there is a nexus Between DU officials and RENT PG MAFIA. The students are left with no option but to live in pathetic conditions. What are we doing with Next Generation. I believe students deserve better place and environment to live and study. I have heard many students have left. Their parents are worried. I request kindly make a RULE COMPULSORY DU has to provide hostel for every student. Till that time kindly make these classes ONLINE. Cannot afford to have one more accident. Every citizen born in India comes under one of these 4 categories: A = Open, B = BC/OBC, C = SC, D = ST. Based on this classification, caste certificates are issued for a citizen several times during her lifetime for various purposes. Instead of issuing caste certificates, we can introduce Adhar Category of A, B, C or D that will go on Adhar Card based on the same classification. This will eliminate the use of caste certificates in the country forever. Reservations should remain the same. A child will inherit the Adhar Category of her parent(s) whichever is lower as A > B > C > D. The presence and use of caste certificates in the constitution endorses the caste system. It is child abuse and a crime to put a caste on a newborn child as she is forced to live under its burden forever without any fault of hers. It is time for us to move away from the age-old caste system and eliminate the caste epithet from our society. This will Emancipate all Indians from casteism. See PDF file
