The developer’s latest calculation shows ₹38.22 lakh paid, with deductions of ₹7.72 lakh (10% of sale value), ₹77,166 stamp charges and ₹1.82 lakh channel-partner brokerage, leaving a proposed refund of ₹27.91 lakh. I am not seeking government intervention in my individual case. Instead, I request stronger RERA protections, including: financing-failure exit mechanisms, proportionate cancellation deductions, mandatory financial-sustainability assessments, clear cancellation disclosures, regulation of brokerage recovery, standardised refund statements, faster dispute resolution, documented commercial representations, and a standard financing/cancellation risk statement.

I humbly request you to consider: 1. Targeted, temporary restrictions on non-essential activity during extreme heat, with income support for daily-wage workers. 2. Encouragement of kitchen, terrace and community farming, with free seeds. 3. A cap of two work-from-office days a week where remote work is possible. 4. Voluntary 10% salary cut for full-time work from home, with consent only, for people in need. 5. Free native tree seeds and nationwide youth afforestation drives, tracking survival. 6. Campaigns promoting simpler living over material wants. I have always wished to become a mother, adopt children and help people. I fear the world they will inherit.
