Aircraft engineers have been making consistent efforts to improve upon aircraft design and its numerous key components. One of the challenges has been to keep the weight of the aircraft down by the use of new light-weight materials.

Come elections and a deep purple mark on the voters’ left forefinger is a familiar sight. What most of us are, however, not so familiar with is the fact that this inerasable ink mark is a gift of CSIR to the Nation. Once applied, this mark indicates that the voter has cast his/her vote, and thus, prevents that person to vote a second time.

We have consumed from Earth in seven months what we should have in 12! How did we manage to this? Both global and local (glolocalization) factors have contributed to this over consumption.

If, the goal is faster and better decision-making; then, the challenge is to limit the number of layers through which files pass and to precisely identify and prescribe the role of each layer in a way that is likely to lead to goal achivement. The four-step PACE model is described below.
