Suggestion for GST, First of all , Congratulations for implementing GST. 1)Govt India should respond to customer that the received taxes which individual has paid for product/service 2) This should be applicable for Offline/Online Transaction. 3) If they do not receive any information on their web/mobile account through email/sms, shop should pay back taxes. this will improve individual confidence on system. Technology is cheap and its the govt will to implement.
