Govt. is requested to grant extra attempts #UPSC (cse) w.e.f 2016 as many aspirants lost their crucial attempts due to CSAT.Govt. must consider those Hunger strike three people in New Delhi demanding extra attempts # UPSC,there are thousands of rural aspirants who cannot show up themselves to Delhi but waiting for redeemption of the Government. Extra attempts # UPSC is a crucial factor to transform India, to give opportunity to lacs of aspirants.

I want to know Dr. Jitendra Singh that why almost all helpline/hotline/emergency numbers always not in service, or no one receives call at all even if you keep calling 24x7, 365 days a year ? Or even if someone receive call then also they try to do not help but discourage to make complain, name it 100, CVC - Anti Corruption Helpline, National Consumer Helpline, or Any other state helpline (Gujarat-BJP govt) etc. If you are interested into solving issue I can make comprehensive list and send you.
