#TransformingIndia sir i request u to please guide ongc regarding selection of graduate trainee by common gate score. actually it seems a scam as out of 741 vacancy last yr petroleum engg r elligible for more than 400 vacancy n only 5 petroleum student got selected. our seat r filled up by mechanical student. i m ramanand got 31 rank this yr but forced to remain berojgar due to common gate score policy of ongc while rank having more than 1k in mechanic got job. please forced ongc to srap thhis .

It does raises a question upon whether we can even take the first step towards Transforming India where a common man has to go through legal route to even claim what rightfully belongs to him.

I would like to bring to your notice numerous instances where
a common man is suffering due to the atrocities and misdeeds of the Oil marketig companies where these OMCs take land on lease for use such as petrol pump, motel etc and upon conclusion do not vacate. Legally, upon
conclusion of lease whether to continue further or not is the decision of the
lessor/ owner of the land but in these cases land is continued to be kept under
their control even upon expiry of lease.

Hi Sir, congratulations on your vision of producing greater synergy in works of GSPC and ONGC in KG basin development. This will a shot in the hand of greater self sufficiency in O&G sector and help reduce fiscal deficit. Also only in 2 companies ONGC and IOCL the petroleum engineers can apply through GATE while in BPCL, HPCL and OIL and other oil companies where petroleum engineers can perform excellent we dont have any option. Sir provide us this opportunity as well to apply in other oil and gas company as well.

Along with my 16 other batch-mates I enrolled in dual degree course in ISM Dhanbad. We study one extra subject every year (5 years) besides the complete bachelor course yet there is no such provision for recruitment of dual degree graduates in PSUs like ONGC, making it unfair to us. I want you to please help us regarding this issue.
