Sir, the senior citizen health insurance attracts GST of 18 per cent which is a burden on them. I request you to please reduce the same to minimum if not eliminated. Also the health insurance premium also be looked into to bring it to affordable level. I have written to FM also on this . Hope this issue will have your kind attention and favourable solution. Suggestion No.1 - The persons having Folded Number Plates in their Vehicles OR displaying number resembling to other words (like 9191 as Papa in Hindi, 8055 as BOSS etc.) should be considered as habitual criminals or with criminal intends under the MV Act as well as IPC and the burden to disprove it must be emburdened upon the person concerned.

I wish to give an idea for development of future transport system. I travel frequently on national Highways and expressways driving by myself and felt that although our NHs are being widened to 6 lanes and new expressways are also developed but at the huge cost of:
1. Trees- one old large tree can't be replaced by 1000 pots/saplings
2. Land - its the limited resource, se can't creat land
3. Tolls: no problems in collecting tolls but time saved by good roads is lost here due to mismanagement
