No doubt ,we hold responsible political parties for bed governance in a five year term but in fact there should also be audit of functioning of bureaucracy in those five years. This evaluation will help states and center bureaucracy to evolve new strategies while dealing with corrupt politicians.In fact we have to learn from Japan's governance in which corrupt politicians are unable to dent/restrict/hinder development of Japan.

We should make drinking water a fundamental right. To implement it we have to make a survey of all under ground water sources and make water report card for each village and sub village,towns.A water test report should be made public in polluted under ground water sources with immediate action taken report. Water rationing should be start in all polluted water sources. Both man made pollution and natural polluted water sources area's villages should be identified for water rationing.

Country first rest second should be the mantra of every govt. policy. Country means every persons of the country. Then we will be able to achieve our goal faster.

Respected PM Sir, Our town Silchar is a very dirty town. You may enquire this from any third party or govt. official to get real ground picture not from local leaders or SMB Commissioner they will hide their inefficiency. प्रिय PM ji, आपने सब कुछ किया,मगर आपने कभी उनलोगो ,उन युवाओं के लिये कुछ न्ही किया जो आज प्राइवेट सैक्टर मे नौकरी के लिये बहुत struggle कर रहे है। ना ही उनको जॉब मिल पा रही है,और ना स्कूल,कॉलेज जो आज इतनी ज्यादा fees लेते है,कोई guarantee न्ही देते placement ki, ऐसे situation me बेचारा वो युवा क्या करे, इतनी degree लेने के बाद भी बेरोजगार है। मै भी उनमे से एक हू।क्या होगा ऐसे लोगो का। कभी आपने सोचा है। क्या ऐसे ही ये देश मजबूत होगा, क्या ऐसे growth and development कर पायेगा। युवा परेशान है।
