The motor vehicle insurance companies, should sponsor expenses for vehicle blackbox. Such that this blackbox shall always monitor and LOG speed violations, sudden breaking, extended period driving. which the RTO can check during inspection / renewal. The insurance companies will offer higher premium OR discount based on number of violations recorded. This way the violators shall sponsor the cost of the blackbox and all vehicles shall be under 24x7 monitoring.

The MSME is most efficient sector. This sector is most deprived of quality manpower. Can we make course syllabus such that, students have few weeks full time work with MSME and balance remotely with MSME as mentor. Covering a total duration of 12-24 months, so as to be effective for both. This should lead to skill development and develop attraction towards MSME in the society. Dear Sir, As there are limited resources available on earth and specially in Bharat. But in comparision to this, Population is growing in much faster way. Now it seems to be bottle neck and if we could not control this, in future people will suffer a lot. So its very urgent now to Implement 2 Child Policy for Every citizen if country. Please for the sake of our nation,Raise and pass the Bill if 2 child only. 3rd child must Not given gov schemes.This may be imement for atleast 20 years.

Honourable PM sir, in your previous term, Uma Bharti was appointed as water resource minister. Very little work has been done in joining the rivers. I thought that this was a very good initiative taken by NDA govt during Vajpayee ji tenure. I read the article about Chennai today that people are forced to limit their water consumption and some are so helpless that even the local govt can't do anything. I sincerely request you to put this initiative onto top most priority. Your country's citizen.

Climate change is creating severe issues for common public. Please explain government programs to control pollution and please set clear expectation from.common people

Several states face scarcity of water by end of summer. Please share the concrete steps govt will take and what are the expectations from public. A proper program like swachata abhiyan is required to ensure water for all.

India's population is rising at very high level. India will left behind china in next decade. Where is "ONE CHILD POLICY". Please implement one child policy as soon as possible to prevent population explosion in India. Indian resources are limited, please pave the policy to save them. We need a comprehensive Environment Policy too as many cities in India felt Severe Heat of Summer this time. Temperature is rising every summer. So bring policy to sabe environment and prevent climate change.

According to the proverb toomany cooks spoil the food,toomay regulators for one sector not good.Pension regulators PFRDA and EPFO,bank regulatoes RBI ,NABARD and so on,so only one regulator for one field shall be good.If necesary NBFC and finance sector societies can have regulators as they are not banks.Railway zones for Gujarat,Nagpur and Kerala shall be formed
