Sir the builders which have not registered for RERA the construction of which happened before the RERA act are not yet completed and the owners are waiting for possession. The builder is taking up new construction work and new projects. There should be some liability or timeline on the builders to give possession at the earliest to the owners. The owners are paying the home loan and the builder is delaying possession. Please look on this aspect also. Some restrictions on construction before RERA
