In last four year MTNL Delhi services has gone worst. It is high time for our govt. to act and take result oriented actions. It is a big question mark on public service provider failure, for concern ministry of our govt.

Govt. should plan "Gaushala' in outskirt of every big city in same investment plan like National highway. The 1000 to 2000 cow capacity gaushala with lattest dairy facilities is needed to curb production of very much harm full synthetic/adulterate milk production.

Govt. should take all content of "Mann ki Baat" to analyse and form policies for next government.

We have unemployment problem, govt. should review pay scale assuming husband and wife both are earning.It mean now onward govt. should offer same job with 50 % less pay to all fresh recruitment.The question is if class 4 employee can survive with less pay scale then why not higher grade employee.Govt. should reintroduce pension system.

We should make rule that every student of agriculture colleges will do internship to test soil of form land with coordination done by Village Patwari. Central govt. should fix a sum for each agricultural university for such purpose.This can be a way for speeding Soil Report Card making work.

यदि हर प्राथमिक स्कूलो में नर्सरी क्लास होंगी तो बच्चों को शुरू से अच्छा शिक्षा का रास्ता मिल जायेगा.क्योंकि किसी भी गरीब के बच्चे को घर पर सही शिक्षण नहीं मिलपाता और फिर पांच साल तक बच्चा अनपढ़ ही रह जाता है और पांच साल की उम्र के बाद वो फिर एक दम दबाब में आकर पढ़ाई करता है इसलिये हर गरीब की आस सिर्फ सरकार से होती है इसके लिए भले ही सरकार 100 Rs. फीस भी रख देगी तब भी गरीब मुंह नहीं मोड़ेगा.बच्चों को छात्रबृति की नहीं अच्छी शिक्षा की ज़रूरत है .

प्रधानमंत्री जी आगामी चुनावों में मेन मुद्दा शिक्षा का होना चाहिए यदि हमारे देश की साक्षरता दर में वृद्धि होगी देश खुद पर खुद बदलता दिखाई देगा हमारे देश का जो शिक्षा विभाग है वह बहुत ढीला है वर्तमान में शिक्षा पर जितना भी खर्च हो रहा है उसका बहुत दुरुपयोग हो रहा है यदि हमें साक्षरता दर में वृद्धि करनी है तो नींव मजबूत रखनी पड़ेगी देश में प्राइमरी शिक्षा का सुधार अति आवश्यक है प्राइमरी शिक्षा की व्यवस्था ऐसी होनी चाहिए जैसे बच्चा इंटर करने के बाद प्राइवेट स्कूल में दाखिला ना लेकर सरकारी कॉलेज मे
