This year in Maharashtra rain fluctuation is more, some area more & some very less .Therefore water management to end user from dams must be monitored properly by government agencies including NGOs small scale.Business in all sector including agri are facing crises therefore bank loans must be revived and extended the repayment tenure( long period).Medical colleges must be started immediately were ever possible(pilgrimage spot).those who repay loans & liability regularly must b offered incentive.

Sir, I have observed that people are not taking your mission to make India a 5 trillion dollar economy by 2024 seriously. Please start running a campaign to make everybody realize the importance of becoming job creators. Please make this campaign same as all other campaigns like Swachh Bharat. India will never grow if we continue to remain what we are today. We have lived generation after generation under the rule of corrupt governments and so we have lost all hopes.

Central government excellent step to penalise defaulters breaking law on the road. Such laws should not be diluted by state governments as they encourage defaulters and give a wrong signal that the state stand with those breaking law. Monetary high fines have always been a greater deterrent than other forms of punishment which can be even seen as part of India's independence struggle. It is sad many BJP ruled states have gone against there own central government on this subject.
