Could you expand a little more about School Standards? Are these standards for facilities, faculty, teaching material or all that and others? What kinds of standards currently exist and where can we find more information about it? Any links URLs will be helpful. Thanks,
Education in our country is too much career oriented. The primary aim of education should be to generate values. Emphasis should be given on creative writing, MCQs. The school and college libraries should be sufficiently enriched. Students must have opportunities of physical education. There should be scopes for methods of interdisciplinary studies. We do not want to remain stuck to the traditional curriculum.

Framework and training are the min requirements. It would be a good approach to start the process . but there has to be constant innovation and creativity so that school system also evolves across time. Charter schools are a good example. However, there most of the stakeholders are to a far extent empowered as well. So constant training is a must and cant be one time process.
