Water harvesting: We use air conditioner and its usage is growing each year. As a waste or by product water condensed from the air is produced. If as a standard feature we create a mechanism to channelise this water into ground, water tank, etc billions of litres of water can be used for recharging water table, use of this water for our requirement etc. This can be possible if awareness from highest office of pm is urged in man ki bat with subsequent law enforcement. This can be done simply if we put in place a pvc pipe and drain water of all the AC in that conduit pipe; the drainage of such pipe can be into the ground or water tank. This may sound weird but actually this will help in generating potable water. All the government department, psu may start and publicise its benefits. On the flip side this water destroys our paint and creates cracks and seepage reduces the life of the building.

Dear Mr. Narendra Modi,
It is said that history is a poor judge of men. Very few realized then the enormity of the contributions made by P.V. Narasimha Rao and Dr. Manmohan Singh.
If I could have a crystal ball and ask, what contribution will Mr. Modi be remembered for? Undoubtedly, infrastructure creation.
I think three other reforms that world will remember forever
1. The real estate market in India is opaque, which makes it difficult to know the true value and track the record of ownership. The lack of transparency increases the cost and makes it unaffordable for many people. By using technology to make the real estate market more transparent and to build in guarantees for the value of real estate, we can make housing more affordable, spur economic growth, generate more revenue for the government, and create more jobs.
2. The government is pouring crores of rupees into public sector banks, but the problem is not solved. We have the Central K

Respected Modi ji, like Israel is continously working on increasing Water storage & conveyance methods and also expanding it's agricultural production by converting non irrigable land and deserts into farmable land. Please highlight, the ongoing projects & growth in these two fronts being done by our Government. Food and Water are going to be our main requirements and exports globally, in the years to come.
Please discuss on these two points, everytime in your Mann ki Baat.

Monsoon is approaching in the country. Every one is now seeing the garbage in plastic bags choking the sewer and nulhas leading to river and sea. This causes a pollution which affects the marine life and the humans alike. We must educate the people to not throw the garbage bags in nulhas and also provide them proper mechanism for the disposal. The municipalities must do something. Otherwise, this will be catastrophic for us and next gen. Thank you

Workers are treated as slaves male workers are forced to work for countless hours and female workers are forced for sexual favours. They are not provided basic facilities like restrooms and dining areas. Bandhua majduri has not ended their forms has changed. If a worker die on factory premises or any heavy injuries incurred that person name is removed from entire documentation of company or he or she is declared irresponsible and entire accident root cause is shown as that particular persons fault and they are not paid a penny. Basic files like Pf & medical, fire safety, pollution control etc all data of these files are manipulated. In our country there is huge demand of job creation but our factory workers are forced to work for extra hours which is why there is not job creation. Ideally there should be 3 shifts of 8 hours but in maximum MSMEs there is only 2 shifts of 12 hours that too for 7 days. There is no weekly of for them.

During one of the election campaign our honourable home minister Shree Amit Shah ji said that an uneducated person is burden for the society because he doesn’t know his rights. On the contrary it is education which is causing more problem for people like me because I know my rights and I know what is right or wrong based on labour law, pollution control board law, human rights etc still i am not able to make any change in anyone’s life because system has become so greedy that it listens to only those who has money. Why people are ready to die for a government job not only because of perks but because of job guarantee and job satisfaction. I am an engineer working in a food processing company there are lots of violations of rules but I can’t do anything because if I will try to change anything I will be fired right away , I have a family to take care of and I have morals also. Man, method, material, machinery every rules are violated by factory owners and their senior management .

Dear protector of Nation and its people. I work in MSME and I have worked in many states and I found one thing common in all the states that there is a culture in MSMEs they have Gods syndrome, they don’t care about rules & regulations. They don’t fear GST, Legal metrology, PCB or any other govt organisations be it heavy manufacturing, food sector or any other sector. Maximum tax evasion is happening in MSME sector although most of the MSME runs on government subsidies. There is complete exploitation of human rights, workers don’t have any rights. Male workers are used as machinery they are working minimum 12 hours as regular shifts and they are not paid any overtime, female workers are at the worsts conditions working hours are more and also sexual harassment by senior management and other employees is at peak. Female workers are used as sex toys and male workers as animals this is the real scenario of the MSME all the documents related to workers are maintained in ideal conditions
