The central government should raise the age limit for joining civil service examinations and public sector organizations.
Regrettably, the decision to appoint private sector experts to senior positions in the central government has been withdrawn.
New guidelines should be issued for filling up senior secretary posts. Senior secretary posts should be filled through open competition for those who are already in government service and experienced private sector professionals.

Opportunities should be given to all parties.
India should also have the opportunity that exists in developed countries.

A minimum of 15 years of service should be given to persons selected in sectors other than defense sectors.

Age limit should be raised for all Central Govt Group A to Group D posts.

Dear PM Modi ji,
I, Ravish Majithia, reside in Mumbai with ancestral roots in Jamnagar Gujrat. I lead a startup, Magnomer, with offices in Mumbai and Boston, USA. Magnomer has developed a patented technology which helps increase plastic recycling. We have been issued patents in India, US & Japan.
Magnomer has proved that its technology helps increase recycling rates for PET bottles commercially in India and USA. We are the only Indian startup anywhere globally to have demonstrated such plastics recycling benefit.
Our technology helps FMCG brands meet plastic recycling goals set by Govt of India. However, as we look to sell we are met with constant delays. One reason is a belief amongst Indian companies that plastic recycling is not a priority.
We are seeking guidance and support from GoI that a truly ‘Made in India’ technology is indeed used for benefit of Indian industry and help Indian plastics recycling technologies be the gold standard internationally.

Sir,
Work from office ....a thought
.......
Work from home concept was there earlier, but only during exigencies. It was during the Corona period, this work from home concept came in for practical terms. In my view, now since the world has fully opened up n therefore work from office culture may be opened up again.
Reasons:
1. In my view, movement of officials, mostly of the IT sector struck due to work from home culture n are slightly de-activated. No doubt they can save little more money, but active life is more important.
2. Work from office will contribute more for our GDP. There will be more demand for office space, vehicles, food, dress n entertainment. Hence, there will be more of construction activities, more demand for dress, food n hotels.
Hence, in my opinion, work from office concept should be preferred. However, when the situation warrants, work from home may be given prominence.
With kind regards n respects sir,

Though GST streamlined tax collection, the distribution may be improved to spread economic activity to smaller towns and villages. A portion of the GST (say 10-15%) may be directly transferred to the local corporation, municipality or panchayat where the business is located. This will enhance local infra development, provide jobs. The local government may also be allowed to provide tax holiday or tax discount to attract new businesses.

All civil laws and policies that are more than 30 years old should be reviewed.
Necessary laws should be reviewed and amended.
Implementation of the common civil code should be expedited.
When a law is made or policy decisions are made, a period for review and revision should be fixed.
India is a secular country so it is not right for religious places of worship to be under government control.
Therefore, a separate board should be set up and administered for all religions.
The enforcement of common civil code is becoming lax so the central government should review and amend all laws in force in the country for more than 30 years. In a democracy, it is imperative that laws change over time.
The government should respect the sentiments of the people. We are abolishing the laws of foreign rule.
Similarly, the laws brought by us since independence should be examined and amendments should be brought
