Sir, Please introduce the OSP (Online Service Plug-in) Scheme from Digital India Corporation and monitored by National Informatics Centre at all districts in the States/UTs. All the service providers and users in India will be connected virtually under the OSP Scheme. Any person/firm can register themselves as service provider/user to avail the required services/products (all brands including corporate / local / govt). Each OSP will have to approach the NIC of the district concerned to complete their registration as service provider. Good Quality Services like customer services (voice-based / non-voice based) (products / services) can be provided by the freelancers registered themselves. The freelancers (Full-Time/Part-Time) will be paid hourly basis i.e., Rs.100/200 per hour. Majority unemployed can utilize the OSP Scheme for Self-Employment. Companies can avail the freelancers services to provide their products/services to the large number of people at low cost. Dual-Benefit Scheme.

Respected PM With due respect I would like to draw your kind attention to my village post office- Usri 804428,Bihar. It caters to number of villages. Sir, its condition is so messy and deplorable that no employee want to be posted there. I Think no renovation work has been ever done because I am seeing this condition since my childhood days. Also due to leaking khaprail roof workers have hanged tarpaulin sheet beneath to protect computer & etc from damage by water & dust. I am also sharing the present picture.

Government need to focus on empowering youth to earn their living rather than giving the specific amount freely to individuals (which have been announced by state governments for specific segments). In the swatchh bharat mission, individuals may be assigned a specific area to clean and plant trees then an amount may be disbursed rather than just transferring an amount in their account.
