Making Government, Education and Society Work for Gen Z Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, As India moves towards the vision of Viksit Bharat, I would like to share a citizen’s perspective on how we can prepare our institutions, education system and governance for Gen Z and the generations that follow. India has made remarkable progress in digital governance, infrastructure, technology and financial inclusion. The next transformation, in my view, should be to make government and education more citizen-centric, talent-driven, creative, transparent and future-ready.

Respected Sir I am writing to respectfully submit for consideration a policy concept on Taxpayer-Linked Social Security, which explores whether a defined proportion of an individual's lifetime personal direct-tax contribution could be recognised in determining an additional social-security benefit after the prescribed retirement or eligibility age. The concept is based on a simple premise: a citizen contributes to the nation through taxes during his or her working years; could the State, in a fiscally sustainable and actuarially sound manner, recognise that contribution as one component of the citizen's future retirement security? I have enclosed a Concept Paper setting out the core idea, its potential benefits, key policy considerations, safeguards and a possible framework for feasibility assessment. I hope that the underlying idea may merit consideration as a potentially meaningful addition to India's evolving social-security framework. Respectfully, Rajesh Adhikary

I also tried to uplod my complaint to CMO Gujarat Portal but it is not working and not allowing us to upload any grievances. The Prime Minister could address some of the key challenges facing young Indians and communities today—youth unemployment and skill gaps, quality education, pollution and water security, agricultural challenges, affordable healthcare, urban infrastructure and greater participation of women in the workforce. A special focus could be placed on how technology, skill development, entrepreneurship and local community participation can turn these challenges into opportunities. India’s youth should be encouraged not only to seek employment but also to become job creators and innovators. The discussion could also highlight the importance of women’s economic participation, environmental responsibility, better public services and equal opportunities for all sections of society.

Household Wet Waste ("Gila Kuda") Management The Challenge Biodegradable kitchen waste (food scraps, vegetable peels) makes up over 50% of daily household garbage. When mixed with dry waste, it creates foul odors, spreads disease, and overburdens municipal landfills. Proposed Solution: Affordable Micro-Composters In-Home Processing: Introduce compact, low-cost home composters that process kitchen waste into nutrient-rich khad (organic fertilizer) in a short time. Affordability & Incentives: Keep manufacturing costs low and offer government subsidies or local property tax rebates for households actively composting. Local Utilization: Citizens can use the manure for home plants or balcony gardens. Municipalities can collect excess compost from households for public parks in exchange for civic reward points. Impact: Diverts up to 50–60% of municipal waste at the source, transforming household garbage into a valuable resources.

मुझे यह भी पता है कि आप में इतनी हिम्मत नहीं जो रिजर्वेशन की खामियों को दूर कर सके , 80 साल बाद भी जो जरूरतमंद लोग है उनको तो रिज़र्वेशन मिल हीं नहीं रहा है , क्या ऐसे में देश आगे बढ़ पाएगा ? और यह जो हमारे स्वर्ण समाज के अफसर धिक्कार है जो अपने समाज के बच्चों के लिए हित की बात ओर धर्म लगती बात नहीं कह सकते तो !
