This task requires you to identify 10 most important initiatives that centre and state governments should take to realise the PM’s vision of digital India.
There has been a flood of suggestions in response to the Prime Minister’s vision for a digital India. It is important to prioritize the ideas and come up with a practical roadmap of what can be taken up first with maximum benefit to the nation. This task will help in drawing such a roadmap.
Kindly take a look into my 10 initiatives in order of priority which can help make a practical roadmap for a Digital India.
The first most important initiative suggested is creating a system so that 100s of digital ideas are implemented based on public private partnership using startup fund.(on the lines of www.sbir.gov) Details of other ideas like increasing digital reach with free citywide wifi access, wifi in trains etc are given in the attached pdf.
My idea for making the TRUE TRANSPARENT PUBLIC GOVERNANCE TO COMPLETELY REMOVE CRIMES AND ASSURING QUICKEST AND CORRECT ACTION EVERY TIME.

Here is my detail plan of practical roadmap for a "Digital India" Kindly refer attached file. Its my sincere effort to be part Government Initiative. Hoping for best.
"वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्"
4. All government documents including court matters and decisions to be digitally preserved in real time and sign or impression of concerned person or parties to be captured digitally.
5.Universities and village library to be connected digitally.
6.Tenders in village for government scheme to be digitally announced and expense sheet should follow it later. Let public give advice, suggestions and complaint digitally for the work done.
7.All death, birth certificate to be digitized in village itself
1.Link all post offices, PHC and Panchayat ghar so that people start interacting daily with these points
2. Transport department (RTO) and land revenue to be digitized
3. Village related announcement through digital kiosk and transfer it through wifi, bluetooth to vilagers mobile. No need to send SMS to everyone. Software can tell whether info is being distributed or not.
3. Attendance, enrollment in primary and secondary schools, mid day meal, allotment through to be bio-metrically digitized.
Government should provide good funds for the right to education so that the literacy rate can be improved. the students of rural areas should be acquainted with the digital electronics at a tender age. government should provide digital equipment at subsidised prices to students. encourage students to educate their parents if they are uneducated.organise camps in every city to acquaint the people with the latest technology.educate the current teachers with the use of digital technology.
Government to provide handsets to all those who cannot afford to earn one. The 3G data services must be provided to cover 99% population. Education must be delivered through broadband by extending quality schools in big cities into villages using technologies. Shortage of teachers must be overcome thru instructors. All major universities and educational institutions of repute must be freed from cudgels of UGC so they pursue world class curriculum. telemedicine policy intro so it is extended.
