This task requires you to identify 10 most important initiatives that centre and state governments should take to realise the PM’s vision of digital India.
There has been a flood of suggestions in response to the Prime Minister’s vision for a digital India. It is important to prioritize the ideas and come up with a practical roadmap of what can be taken up first with maximum benefit to the nation. This task will help in drawing such a roadmap.
Attach file of 10 Initiatives should consider in priority basis such that its start up for a digital & vibrant India.
I think the suggestions submitted by me will be of some help to Digital India.
The cheapest and most effective solution is to allow Mobile Telephone networks to utilize latest internet technology e.g. 4G without delay. Laying Fibre Optic networks is very expensive to connect every town.
1) Give more licenses to operate mobile telephone network. I will like one to create new network in India with 4G and 5G capability.
2) Create Interent High speed Backbone by connecting all Cities of India through Fibre Optic cables.
3) connect rural area through WIFI Hotspots.

First and foremost in this regard will be
1- Providing electricity 24x7 all over India.
2- Every person should be made computer literate.
3- Cheap mobile technology can be used and it can spread out very easily.
4- Proper infrastructure should be developed i.e whole India should be connected through cloud/internet.
5- All the existing resource should be evaluated and integrated in such a manner that there is no wastage of resources.
I have a technology and concept for ensuring taking governance to the people. It is by way of Policy Analysis Market using Prediction Market as the underlying technology.
Prediction markets constantly solicit opinions from a diverse group of participants to produce actionable information. Compared to Polls and Surveys a prediction market is a cost effective as well as highly accurate reflection of what the 'crowd' thinks in aggregate in real time.
Let me know if interested.
Lets have a portal where any individual can login and create a course on any technology or subject which can be for a minimum time period say 1 week and have to record that course voluntarily. which can be taught to students in the remote areas where there is dearth of the good teachers or people don't want to go and teach there for security or any other reasons. If any one interested we can make a comprehensive plan for this project.
