The computer education for school children should be more interactive and should possibly be provided to also schools in rural areas. Also the syllabus should not just be theoretical but practical. The portion should give the students a perspective of the real life implementation of computer sciences or programming rather than just facts or plain information.

We might be spending billions to procure Operating Systems from Microsoft or other vendors. There r Linux basd Oprating Systms like Ubuntu/Mint. They just ask 4 small donations 2 ofr continuous suport. Government can offer financial support to these Open Source engineers and get permanent support through written agreements. If all public sector organisations & various departments r expected to pay for 10 lakh systems across Inida annually, savings would be 1000 crores/anum for OS & antivirus.

Website for online selling of agriculture products by farmers to end customers directly. This will get rid of problem of intermediate storage & wastage of grains and inflation in prices. Farmers will get maximum money for their effort. People will get direct home delivery of quality products. Involvement of private sector right from farming to selling can be considered for fast & effective implementation and can make agriculture glorious field also.

fiber connectivity all india and free district level intranet for digital access to government servers (e-learning, police, local e-commerce and more)
Introduce platforms like raspberry pi (solar powered) with cheap screens to poor and in villages to make them learn systems rather than wasting on aakash.
intelligent transportation system and lower the use of wireless. Wireless (mobiles) already avoided in europe. Don't promote wifi, continuous use dangerous, use LAN
