This task will give wide range of domestic and global best practices that can be useful for the Government and industry leaders in several ways. Best practices that are seen as innovative can be implemented by the Government. Please also list the possible negative effects, if any, of the suggested approach. The doer of this task would bring to the table his or her passion and a fresh point of view that would make this a great opportunity.
The retirement age should be decreased up to minimum 55 except some fields like judiciary,administration etc. due to this the working speed will increase in government offices because young people have enthusiasm and stamina for working long hours and today our country also need youth's talent(enthusiasm ,ideas,stamina) for developing itself and become digital.and a young man can handle the digital instruments better than a old man
