Every citizen of India must have an Indian Passport digitally designed with International Standards. Along-with Passport, multipurpose Identity Card also should be given. Airtel introduced Airtel Money for paying bills as well as sending money in India. Vodafone did the same with m-pesa. Money can be paid and received at their stores. Govt needs to extend this service to all.
