Part 2 : We can create a database of every district/state and Map it with the MLA/MPs. App can be installed on Smart phone and person who is using it can select the district and share pics/Videos , regarding garbage disposa/traffic violations and other things whic in turn will be flashed on smartphone of MP/MLA. A ticket will be issued against the same and once the issue is resolved the ticket will be closed. I may have missed some points but discussion can make this application possible.

Every Comment list here is one way or the other is pointing towards reducing corruption. Corruption can not be reduced fortnightly , by Digitizing India Sh. Modi means improving efficiency and effectiveness of the Govt. Officials. Considering an example of how to connect to your Local MLA or MP , we can develop an app through which we can connect to our MP/MLA , post issues online and on the move. ... Part 1

I suggest a ground-up establishment of Information and Ccommunication Technology (ICT) at grassroots to energize local economy (see presentation). ICT becomes a source of eGov, eChoupal, eMarket, eEvents and government extensions. The Digital standards are given in presentation.

The success of any social project is only possible with the involvement of the citizens. Collabration is the key. All CSR projects need to have a collabration platform like www.rallyyourgoals.com. Citizens, NGOs, Communities can post the needs so that Corporates can easily pick the most urgent CSR activity to focus on. You can even recruit volunteers & execute the project with real time information sharing and 100% transparency. Helpful to share best practices & stay informed of progress.

Security and Privacy has been becoming a great issue in India, government officers who are in the national security monitoring through digital means such as police and other departments are trying to exploit the monitored information for their personal benefits. For e.g. such gathered information can been shared with their evil counter parts i.e. to prostitutes, mafia agents etc. Such kind of activities can be curbed using digital security and digital privacy laws.

Provide online interfaces to option field information of the citizen database records. So that they can update their profile information online. There are some citizen exploitation gray zones from where many of the government offices are trying to make use for their personal benefits in terms of bribes, case bookings etc. Legal court office management and administration reforms are very much required. Every case status must be readily available against the persons last and first name (together)

Airtel introduced Airtel Money for paying bills as well as sending money in India. Vodafone did the same with m-pesa. Money can be paid and received at their stores. Govt needs to extend this service to all.
