Best practices for girl child education: No fees, Free Meal, Uniform & school kit etc to all girls. Cycles to Middle school girls, For every girl child successfully completing each year of schooling there should be some monetary incentive to student, Teacher and school itself. Special Tax concessions to Corporate sponsors to fund this. Include Skill development in addition to academic study so that girls can get employment/ start small ventures to become earning member in future.

The best advantage for states is that they know every area of the state & their different problems & they can reach out to them more easily & effectively. States should not waste crores of rupees in women security whereas they can give proper education & training for self defence and can use this money for huge advertising of girl child education which can really change the atmosphere & thinking of every parent in having their girl child to get well-educated.
