mahila suraksha: children should have a right to basic facilities such as school toilets, safe drinking water, clean surroundings and information on hygiene. If these conditions are created, children come to school, enjoy learning, learn better and take back to their families concepts and practices on sanitation and hygiene.

In Rajasthan , krishi upaj mandi samities are Government agencies ,having revenue generation capacity in each major city.So , schools in the jurisdiction of mandi samiti can be handed over to them for toilet construction , maintenance & cleanliness.Mandi samiti can create a fund for this purpose & Rajasthan State Agriculture Marketing Board , acting as construction agency can fulfill the purpose actively .Hence ,guided & controlled mechanism can be developed for achieving the purpose.

1. Enable a local representative set of people including teachers, students, parents and common people as a panel to evaluate and submit independent report to State Govt on construction and maintainance of toiltes. This report should link a variable pay to school authorities. 2. Mandatory community work for each individual including toilet creation.
