With construction of toilets ...everyone in the school should be trained on maintenance of DRY toilets and proper toilet habits. It is almost a done thing to sit on the floor and do ablutions. Wet toilets carry a lot of germs. start has to be made and many be an next 10 years clean and dry toilet will become a habit.

There is only one way to mitigate a shortfall for toilets - build more of them and do so on a war footing.Temporary low-cost sheds could be a start and these could be gradually replaced with pukka buildigs. Toilets sould be attached to school buildings as far as possible. MPs should be encouraged to earmark a part of ther MPLAD funds for construction of sparate toilets with clean water stores. If drains are not available, septic taks could be used. Even pre-fabricated toilets could be used.

1. Design should support easy maintenance so that girls feel comfortable using toilets. 2. Design should incorporate getting natural light so that they are not dark and dingy places. 3. They should be located conveniently, so they are accessible at all times. 4. They should have facility to alert a school nurse / designated lady teacher who is trained to help if that is needed. 5. Use "Sulabh" for eco-friendly design suited to rural/urban environments. 6. Provide sanitary pads in schools.

We have to save sanctioned money from corrupt people. This can be done by making a multilevel shield. We should not put a multilevel checking system in building toilet but have to put a level weather they are built properly or not. Once toilet get build sarpanch should file a report at tehsildar/BDO office and after that it is complusary for BDO to visit and inspect. BDO fill his approval to DC(district collector) who again send a man and should visit doubtful himself/herself.

We must built toilet at such a place which is away from main building . there should be enough gap between girls and boys toilet if school is co-ed. Construction of toilet don't solve problem if they are not clean. Sarpanch or girl education ambassador(a person in every block or village to promote girl education) should regularly visit to check toilet. Now big question is HOW to build toilet in 600000 village(i.e. in such a high great number).
