Some faced labor problem due to Political ground, some industries closed down due to vested interest of Inspector Raj. So to give a one line soln is difficult. Each Mills and Small unit as if incorporate, functions the authorities to be inquired why it closed n fix the responsibility to one.

Instead of creating women’s only branches or allocating money for setting up women’s only bank like the nirbhaya fund, make it compulsory for every existing and future banks to have 10-25% of every branch employees as women. This will help in creating thousands of jobs across the country for women without any significant cost to the government.

Today to create jobs we not only have to enhance conventional areas but also need to think out of the box. Today energy sector can propel the growth of India to a new dimension. If today it is made compulsory by Govt. that all ongoing and upcoming real estate projects are made to produce a % of electricity they will consume by solar means then it will create jobs in power sector. It will:- 1) Save electricity and help in electricity conservation. 2)Save natural resources like coal and petroleum.

Solar energy can be a great help in rural as well as urban job creation. Apart from conventional use of solar power in lighting , solar pump set we should go for R & D in development of high power storage batteries, DC Motors, Home apllainces for cooking powered by solar power. Solar Cold storage chains for dairy products , vegetables and fruits can save millions of worth of agro products and can create millions of jobs directly on production distribution of solar power and agro based jobs

Compulsorily Every Inch of our Land should produce something, should not be idle.Daily labors will get hired at agriculture land. Then it will require facilities to process those produce, that also will require huge labor force. In case of non agri land, one must start some manufacturing activity, which will give boost to small scale industries.Govt. should help for marketing/exports, introduction & use of new technologies. One should do some activity on their own or they should lease out to Govt body.
