The Department of Electronics & Information Technology (DeitY) is proposing a national programme to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. The vision of Digital India is centred on three key areas, namely by providing digital infrastructure as a utility to every citizen, providing governance & services on demand and digital empowerment of citizens. This task seeks inputs to design a Logo for Digital India initiative. The last date of submission is 1st September 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

"The digital enlightment"
feature 1 : The "wi-fi" symbol represents the services that are provided by Digital India program, as well as the people's reach to the vast information shared on the web, like, in the field of agriculture (feature 2: the green leaves, or cereals).
feature 3 : the blue circle along with the green leaves together represent the DI's contribution in the education of India (a person holding a book).
This is my idea of Digital India. We should have the vision to take forward our currency to the top by using Digital platforms
