The Department of Electronics & Information Technology (DeitY) is proposing a national programme to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. The vision of Digital India is centred on three key areas, namely by providing digital infrastructure as a utility to every citizen, providing governance & services on demand and digital empowerment of citizens. This task seeks inputs to design a Logo for Digital India initiative. The last date of submission is 1st September 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

Innovative Digital logo has 3 basic Circle which is looking like Information Signal spreading out from the Center which means Chakra of India and after signals there is a small circles which is abstract Humans receiving the benefits of Digital India department - Rajesh L

The digital India logo depicted in the map is about the nation transforming into a technologically advance country. The three bands in Saffron, white and green are the optical network which has taken digital technology and communication to a new height. The band also denotes Indian tricolour.

This Logo Contains 1>Two digital numbers 0 and 1 2>Computer Mouse and WiFi 3>Short form of Digital India(D & I) 4>A Man(Common Man) Speaking in Cabinet (Remarks: I got only 1 hour to participate in this great event because I have seen the post just one hour before the closing time. But I think the handy picture is enough meaningful, and enough to describe what I say above.)

Digital India. "Mera Bharat, Aadhunik Bharat." A geometric design of hands covering Indian citizens describes the modern, scientific approach to development and bringing technology to all indian citizens.

Logo is based on "Shree Yantra(the source of attaing all worldly desisres and fulfilling all wishes)' and on basic logic NOT gate. Using digital power making citizen life easier.
