Digital India is about "connecting citizens of India with technology"; thereby enabling good governance & service. Keeping this in mind, I've come up with a simple design. My design has concentric circles in the color of our national flag representing India. And, there's a central symbol emerging within the concentric circles; this symbol denotes "connectivity, technology and growth"

The digital India logo depicted in the map is about the nation transforming into a technologically advance country. The three bands in Saffron, white and green are the optical network which has taken digital technology and communication to a new height. The band also denotes Indian tricolour.
