Ficus religiosa (Peepal)-A symbol of growth, harmony, connection, unity, variety is abstracted to the digital form, signifying the connection of society with digital empowerment. Each of these cultural values of INDIA are blended in a self-contained form to depict our self-sufficiency. The veins of leaf connected to each other represents our infrastructure and prosperity. All the elements collectively representing INDIA in a route to Digital Empowerment.

Cloud service is changing the digital world. Docs, Multimedia, & all kinds of files are stored & shared through cloud. No doubt that in very near future the usage will go large. Cloud with Tri-colored circuit paths represents digital world. Since it's 'Umbrella Mission', shape of cloud is given as umbrella. 3 paths were chosen because of Tiranga & 3 key areas of the mission. Chakra represents the Sun. Where the sun shines with cloud, the place is called India. Here it’s Digital India

Digital India, here is represented by the binary digits 0 & 1 inscribed within the Indian map to depict the logo aesthetics very precisely. Also the colors in the logo are that of the Indian flag.
