The Department of Electronics & Information Technology (DeitY) is proposing a national programme to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. The vision of Digital India is centred on three key areas, namely by providing digital infrastructure as a utility to every citizen, providing governance & services on demand and digital empowerment of citizens. This task seeks inputs to design a Logo for Digital India initiative. The last date of submission is 1st September 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

around of ashok chakra electro magnetic wave are flowing around shows the sign of network, covorage, those waves coloured as our indian tricolor flag, name is written in digital font at bottom side i have given a tag line as i am suggesting, i.e. connecting heart to heart, means this forum is to go upto every person at any level through digitalization.it has all indial identity with teqnology

The logo is blue color because all digital aspects are blue and also the color of India is blue. There is computer in every direction representing that there is digital infrastructure as utility to every citizen of India. On each computer there is a different service that the government provides and the citizens require the most representing the idea of governance and services on demand.
