Skill development is needed right now and have to be given to people in the area they are interested in. It has to make people ready with self sustainability. After college or school people opt for private diplomas to learn the skills they really want to learn and in a short time. These skills can be taught like a intern program of 3-6 months in small offices or shops locally. Apprentice program can also go hand in hand with this. With communication and programming, one can earn a living easily.

Y should skill only mean IT, software development etc. it should also include Games, music, physical fitness etc.Not everyone wants to join industry...do we?? no i guess. So out out 10 priority skill i would suggest to include these as well. Our country has talent but no platform. I Play and can train good football, hockey etc but where do i go. Only pampering cricketers will not help. I wonder y sports etc are not part of our development drive. Would request hable PM to include these as well.
