4..CONTD from 3....We need to 1. workout on drawbacks in education system 2. Improve the quality of education 3. Practical focussed corrse 4. Job placement or paid industrial training must be a part of course 5. Strict rule for the Permission to new educational institution (many political and corrupt people have educational institutes..why?) 6. Yearly review on the quality of education by ministry (no bribes to take higher grade like todays tradition) 7. Many more steps required.

3..CONTD...from 2.... practical training. Many passed out students don't know the name of the equipment, accessories and/or unable to recognize what they have studied. 6. The companies who are giving training through GAT, don't allow the technical hand to do the practical job... they just use highly qualified professional like labour and messenger. Can we really expect skill development with all these drawbacks..NO..because we don't have SINGLE policy which can remove these drawbacks.CONTDin4

After these we need to ensure that the no educational institution are offering course or degree just for business (eg. many institute are selling degree and certificates without attending course and witout giving exam or helping students during exam to increase our college reputation through better result. 5.After these working we need to workout on practical training for each courses. Many courses doesn't offer CONTD..3

Skill can only be developed and enhanced through practical knowledge of the subject. 1. First we need to identify and do the sequencing of the revenue generated area. 2. After that we need to see the courses and education available for that particular field. 3. The standard of the courses and training available in the sector. 4. What are the initiatives local and central govt. or UGC, etc. are taking to develop the interest of the students and explaining the importance of these edu..CONTD in 2

Temple Management Institutes Today very religious people also do not like to go to temples as they have become places where you are harassed. There is lack of cleanliness and organised darshan facilities. People involved in managing temples should go through an education for a better experience and relation with society. The Institute would train management teams, pandas, and staff through online and offline methods. Certificate courses for 12th pass can be offered in many disciplines.
