I shall list 10 priority skills based on my experience with engineers: It is possible to provide training for all these skills.The skills are: Attitude, Strong technical foundation, Communication skills (Oral and written), Interpersonal skills, Logical thinking and analytical skills, Result orientation, Team work, Ethics ,Computers and Internet, Values, Sportsmanship. Unfortunately in India these have to be taught since they are not strong. I have conducted training for these. Can conduct.

As per my view crucial skills are - 1.Nursing and Emergency health. 2. Kindergarden teacher, 3. Self Buisness policy mgmt. 4.- Grocery shop mgmt. 5- Fashion & fabrication mgmt 6- Sports skills, 7- Health & fitness Science. 8- Carpentry. 9- Emotional Intelligence Skills, 10- Farming, Fishery & Poultry technology.

1. Service centre providing manpower for household electric, plumbing/carpentry works on call basis 2. Clerks in PSUs. As Many PSUS have stopped recruiting non mgmnt staff 3. Service cent providing skilled semi skilled labour to pwd &various agencies for road and infra development 4. Teachers 5. Policemen 6. Electrical & Civil engg in govt agencies 7. Surveyors/historians in ASI 8. sports trainers /coaches 9. Doctors in rural areas 10. Staff of hospital/schools to built in rural areas

1. Technical skill in chosen field of specialization 2. Familiarity to associated fields 3. Language skills - ability to speak local language, own language, working knowledge of Hindi and English 4. Attitude skills - politeness, honesty to do the job properly, honesty to admit when work beyond skill level and seek assistance or support 5. Safe work practices 6. Do good quality job 7. Ability to learn on the job and to improve skill set continually to suit changing modern trends

Performing measurements such as length, mass, temperature, electrical parameters. 5. Soldering/de-soldering. 6. Machining, working with various materials. 7. Skill enhancement ITI:Electrician-Panel wiring,cable glanding and panel termination,familiarization of AC and DCdrives,PLC system.Civil:-Familiarization of prefabrication techniques and study of prefab materials,Construction of biogas plants Diesel mechanics:-Familiarization of small engines used in agriculture machinery and maintenance procedures.
