Discover your culture. Tell your story. Share it with India.
India’s cultural heritage lives not only in monuments and museums, but also in the stories, traditions, art, music, languages and everyday practices passed down through generations.
Through the “My Culture My Story” Contest, MyGov invites citizens to discover and share a unique cultural story from their community, region or heritage.
Your story could be about a traditional art form, a local festival, a folk song, a forgotten tradition, a heritage site, a local cultural personality, a language or dialect, or any lesser-known cultural story that deserves to be known by India.
This campaign aims to create a vibrant collection of 100 Stories of India—showcasing the diverse cultural voices, places and traditions that make India unique.
