Bati is prepared by mixing more part of wheat flour with some part of corn flour by adding powder of jira,turmeric,few salt and 2 tablespoon of boiled oil. Rounded structure made from small parts of dub. After cooking 15 minutes, cut into small pieces and then fry them in ghee. It is tasty dish more popular in Maharashtra also.

जरूरी सामग्री
१ पापडी
२ आलू
३ शकरया
४ कंद
५ कलार ( एक तरह का छोड़ )
६ मसाला
७ नमक
८ तेल
सबसे पहले पापडी को अछि तरह से धो दे. इसमें आलू और शकरिया को बिच में से काट कर इसमें मसला भर दे. इसके बाद पापड़ी, आलू और शकरया को अच्छी तरह से तेल डालकर मिक्स करले. (जैसे इमेज में बतया गया है ) . इसके बाद कुकर में सारी वस्तुओ को दाल कर ५ से ६ सिटी तक स्टीम करे. गुजरात के गांव में कुकर की जगह पे मटके का इस्तेमाल होता है।#MyGov
