RAAB is a traditional and most popular one pot meal of RAJASTHAN.ITS CALL MAKKI KI RAAB
Beetroot Pachadi is a vegetarian feast Sadhya part. The multi course meal is served traditionally in banana leaf. Sadhya has steamed Red parboiled rice as the main ingredient served with many side dishes such as Injimpuli, Kanni Manga Achar, Cabbage Thoran, Pachamaga Aviyal, Mambazha Pulissery, Parippu Curry, Beetroot Pachadi along with Pappadam.
Recipe-
1. Grate beetroot.
2. Grind coconut, green chilli, ginger, jeera seeds and mustard seeds to a smooth paste.

S lesser known easy recipes:
Put oats in container, add milk, suger, baking powder,custard powder, mix well.Combine egg if required.Stir liquid mixture into dry mixture ,mix until just moist. Allow to rest 5 to 10 minutes.Heat a nonstick container over medium heat.When hot, pour batter in to it and cook until bubbles form on surface of pancake. Then add toppings as required n surve.
I am from kerala. I tried Cherupayar Parippu Halwa(Moong Dal Halwa).(1)Dal soaked, boiled and made into a paste (2)Add ghee, then Dal paste. (3) Add sugar (4)made into a very thick paste (5)transfer in to a plate, cut into desired shapes.
