बिहार के बेगूसराय जैसे औद्योगिक एवं कृषि-प्रधान क्षेत्रों में युवाओं के पास अपार प्रतिभा है। 'द न्यू स्किल्ड इंडिया' विजन के अंतर्गत मेरा विनम्र सुझाव है:
1. आधुनिक कौशल केंद्र: बेगूसराय जैसे जिलों में एआई (AI), रोबोटिक्स, सोलर एनर्जी और आधुनिक कृषि तकनीक से जुड़े जिला-स्तरीय ट्रेनिंग सेंटर खोले जाएं।
2. स्थानीय रोजगार व स्वदेशी उद्योग: युवाओं को स्थानीय स्तर पर ही हुनरमंद बनाकर एमएसएमई (MSME) और स्टार्टअप्स से जोड़ा जाए, जिससे युवाओं का पलायन पूरी तरह रुक सके।
कुशल युवा ही 'विकसित भारत 2047' के संकल्प को साकार करेंगे।
