During my visits to many places in Himachal, particularly in and around the tourist destinations, many local villagers successfully upgraded their lifestyles by allowing foreign long term visitors to develop and upgrade their houses, shops and even businesses existing ones as well as new ventures in partnership with these foreigners. They leased their places and houses for 10 years on average allowing them full control of the ventures by paying attractive rental and leases to owners. Contd.

I personally feel that there are so many popular rural destination that needs to be marketed well. I come from a small rural town too and i am so proud of so many things that my town has to showcase. In the age of internet, where we can reach out to people there is scope to develop a state tourism on the website and encourage rural tourism there.To support this thought i have attached a small PPT along with an example i chose to market my place. First of all the historical places of rural area should be renovated and the local culture should be encouraged.Because we have rural culture which is marvelous and that shows our way of living, thinking and also loving the ATITHI(guests). so focus should be made on these sides because every village has its own interesting, inspiring history.

Here near my village barodia distt.banswara rajasthan we have a hill station on NH 113 with three temples of goddess maa nandani, bhairavji and shivji.The place has it's amazing qualities of natural view, peace, suitable for picnic and most important is spiritual place. the wonder thing is that here are some rocks & stones which have different types of sounds just like gold, silver, bronze,iron and many more. here are a lots of wild life.Here lack of basic facilities like road,water and others.

So first of all we have to improve living stardard as per as hygiene is considered by your SWACCH BHARAT program by making toilets,making rivers,ponds clean with the help of GRAM PANCHAYAT.This will make village like green spiritual spot ( as village is very good point as per spirituality is considered ) for citizians.promote GOSHALA
