We are going through the maodern era in which developments are done through PPP model and e-governance replacing traditional way.Reorinting Employment Exchanges are need of the hour.Here are some inputs for development such exchanges: 1.Exchanges should have a online portal. 2.Public and Private vacancies must be notified 3.Exchanges must be apgraded to career centers helping in preparing interviews,resumes etc.

A Chain of Employment Exchanges can be linked. Local industries and factories can be linked with these Employment Exchanges.

1. Employment exchange portals must ask the appliers for all types of working priorities like for working part time, want the best company, want a company providing R&D jobs, want a job which would challenge the applier & require 100% efforts & dedication. 2. While displaying the options of companies which agree to provide jobs to applier, they must specify all details of job, confidential terms, job duration commitment, promoting criteria, etc. 3. Job portals must have advanced & smart system.

1. The whole work of appointing & recruiting graduates & professionals must be enhanced & advanced by converting all tasks & work into digital working system, from keeping records of files & data to all types of registering, mailing, designing, marketing, project completion, job applying, etc must be done online/digitally. 2. The database must be updated by companies, companies must mention their whole report on their websites. 3. Companies must use their own site for invitation of resumes/CV.

1. New job portals must be started which must be much more advanced than the current portals which are available on site. 2. The portals must ask for resume, containing the basic bio-data, educational qualification, area of expertise, experience, innovative & creative approach, major fields of knowledge & perfection, self-deserving posts(this would show a person's confidence), technical perfection & ability, minor perfection fields other than technical aspects. This must b included for selection

It should be a training and employment commission rather than an employment exchange.There nothing to exchange for an unemployed person.

All Professional Colleges should submit list of their Students to Employment Exchanges alongwith their Unique ID - Aadhar Card so that every student is tracked on their course completion and their next employment details.

People should be able to submit their details electronically from anywhere and update also at will
