The aim of this task is to receive quality inputs on how to revolutionize employment exchanges across India in terms of offering better opportunities to youngsters. The policy inputs can cover each and every aspect associated with employment exchanges and enhancing job creation.
Do Rs. 15000/- as minimum salary.
EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGE IS NOT REQUIRED IN CURRENT LANDSCAPE. One good website with very good database which may be integrated with PAN/Adhaar in later phase is required. Self registration should be there. A single portal for all unemployed people. Encourage private sector to hire from em-ex in terms of tax or any other form of facilities. All organization can check available resources from web site only as per their requirement and intimate candidate.
First of all we should create sector specific database of all the persons registered in the employment exchanges so that employers can get the desired persons for the job rather than going through the whole list of candidates. These exchanges should be given more autonomy by way of entering into agreements with the trade associations, employees association etc. for the possible input regarding the manpower requirement.
Creating a pan india based online portal for the job seekers & providers
3) Give Incentives to the Employers for taking right candidate from Employment Exchange.
4) Provide services like Employee verification and character certificate to employers searching for candidate
2) Govt. Should provide Job Security by charging a amount of premium for the existing Employees who were working for last 1 year minimum in any company. In return govt will give salary for next 6 month for searching job at his Home
1) All these placement Agency and Webportals can charge only registration amount for providing information about the employer(Corporation Searching for Human Resources) and job opportunities. but not charge any fund or Salary based commission for doing this service.
NO NEED OF EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGE
previous time there is no this much communication & internet facility. But now in villages there is no internet but we are heading towards that under prime minister's various schemes. there is no need of Employment Exchange but provide an 24*7 Website for employment exchange. Create jobs and then this website will perform as best one.
Employment exchanges should be located at least one in village, town and city. Plus these should be connected to a central online employment exchange, which in turn should be comnnected to skill development centres and colleges. These should also share job-related news and statistics from the government, and career advice from govt-approved job experts. Online self-assessment and automated career guidance can also be a useful tool.
why don't we try to have a TV media or a seperate channel for non employees or a call center for different regions where they can easily find their jobs near by ........ jai hind
My idea while I have been developing my firm in my native place. I have my own job and having my own Alphonso mango farm. The left over part of land I consider is crime to nation. By having experience I have some suggestion can give some job opportunity and easiness in job creation in rural India.
1. Consider Grampnachyat as unit.
2. Rojgar Hami Yojana to be implement through Grampanchyat.
3. Non Of the land remain without cultivation. if owner does not want The land will be cultivate Grampanhy
