Centralizing Employment New Information for Central and State at the Employment News portal would provide great visibility in terms of options available across India and if people are willing to move, It can help national integration as well
Employment Exchanges should also tie-up with it is/Ploytechnics to run vocational course in line with the demand to enable right fit for the job postings

The role of employment exchanges has been limited to the registration there and mere full filling the requirement of its establishment. No where recruitment made through these exchanges. It may be make mandatory to all recruitment agencies both in Govt and private sectors that they must give preference to those who registered in these exchanges.By making the process of registration and uploading of documents online. It will greatly impact the search of right talent for right work.

literacy in india 54.04% but the employment is too low compare to litteracy.
This because of awareness on people. As police station is a SPOC for issues, there sould be a single point areas, govt approved websiteses for job advertisements.
There should timely systematic procedure & strict policies for hiring.
There should be initial grooming & awareness camps, meetings on available opportunities at education centers for future employees.
This little things will give a good results. thnk u..

Employment Exchange (EE) should be renamed as "Temple of Youth". Once we position EE this way then whole thing will follow. A temple where every year around 80-90 lakh of devotees come to get real time information, to get counseling and to get guidance about a Job. Our rural and semi urban youth starve for information and counselling for a decent job. A total renovation required and rather I have one proposal made since Modiji came to power. I wish to send this proposal but how?

Firstly, We need to construct the link between industry and educational institutions. We need to design the courses in such a way that the students get the maximum exposure of the real-world corporate scenarios. Private as well as government colleges should be able to conduct "ON-CAMPUS PLACEMENT RECRUITMENTS". Thus we prepare a system from the colleges itself and manufacture as many as professionals.

As china is promoting the village level self oriented small industries and developing our games as chess, arrow, Saanp Sidi, bad bol, basket ball and net, board games, damru, etc we can also promote these industries at village level with the help of bank loan to villagers and can stop imports of these games from china.

employment exchange branches are required to establish at village level having connectivity with the internet and current status of job. Skill development programme can be associated with these branches which can help the youngsters for improving or developing the skill at village level.

attract corporate commitment to apprenticeships and run periodic skills development workshops; this could give citizens new skills and/or develop existing ones, thereby making them employable, and also promotes self-employment.
