The makeover of our Employment exchange is a need of the hour and it must follow its development in phases: The employment exchange must take its responsibility to ensure "minimum skill development" before showcasing talent to the corporate. There a gaps created by the education system by keeping itself distant from the Corporate world. Secondly, the Employment exchange should also establish R&D capability to gauge, measure, and accurately assess the future Skill requirements to bridge gaps.

First of all open new website of employement exchange and prefer to upload resumes of unemployed people and mail the resumes to companies and take a care to give first preference on employment resumes and the employment exchange people should educate the un employes from this site

Ensure employment exchanges are free of bribery and corruption. Make all facilities online. Allow private sector recruitment is also to be covered under this. Make the procedures more simple. Make the facilities available to the grassroot level in the society.

Job means doing something in professional way, which industries does. For professional doings, industries need R&D. The worker in industry and R&D institute is 'a job seeker', who comes from an educational institute. So the answer is channelize the industry, R&D institute with educational institute by some govt. policy. Like industry must fund R&D institutes and R&D institute must employ student in 1 to 1 co-operation with industry.

1. Make it mandatory for all job seekers either for private or government to register on employment exchange by using aadhar id. Currently good candidates do not register and employers think that candidates on exchange may not be good. All employers must report to exchange for all employees they have recruited. Through this government will have a correct data about employment. Also employees of private sectors may feel protected. 2. Use more technology for this purpose.

1) portal for organized sectors where company can post jobs and candidate can apply, even for government jobs. 2) call companies in the office for group interviews such as campus interviews 3) give tax benefits to the companies who hire from employment exchange. 4) employment exchange office should be clean and organized , like token system to submit forms. 5) we may have job consultant.
