since we are coming up with a aadhar card and a UID No. for every citizen of India. We can create a database of the educational / non-educational skills and the current employment status linked to the UID no. this database can be further used by goverenment when jobs are listed. it migt not be very helpful with skilled labour but will definetly help the unskilled labour.

Employment Exchanges should operate as PPP models with strong vigilance to avoid Job Frauds and Extortion from the Youth.
