India has 150 million cows, each of them giving an average of less than 200 litres of milk per year. If they could be fed and looked after, they can give 11,000 litres, as Israeli cows do. That would provide milk for the whole world. The milk we produce today is the cheapest in the world. With enhanced production we could become the world's largest exporter of milk and it could be India's biggest foreign exchange earner.

Develop link between students and companies. Introduce more intern job training during their college tenure (right now only restricted to Management students) but this should be for all courses. Imagine a ITI student offers his service as intern during study both emplyer as well as intern will develop a link and open gates for future. All registered business entity (small/big) should get an access code in National employment web site where they can directly post their requirement.

Dear sir, For reorienting employment exchange for youth there are following points i want to mention:- 1.for every sector there should be a single authority to conduct placement procedure because in some some area or department there is vacancy of employee and in other area there is so tough competition so it should be balanced.

Corruption in recruitment has to be eradicated first. Because those who got selected through financial corruption or influence will only try to misuse their official position and indulge in corruption. Such persons will not have loyalty to the government and they will not have the mentality to serve the people of India by discharging their duty but will only be selfish with corruption in mind. To put an end to this, corruption must be eradicated at the recruitment level in the first instance.

In order to effect the reduction in superannuation age to 58 from 60, the government can introduce Voluntary Retirement Scheme: Those who are 55 years and above and opt for VRS may be granted annual increments notionally for the remaining period of their service for the purpose of pension and other retirement benefits like Gratuity, Leave Encashment etc., If the pension on their superannuation is granted now, certainly considerable number of employees may opt for such VRS.
